Role Summary: We are seeking a visionary Head of Product who will own and shape the future of our product line. This role involves full ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation and design through implementation and market launch. You will drive the product strategy and be accountable for the revenue results of the product, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and commitment to innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Leadership: Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap using the sell-design-build framework, ensuring it aligns with company goals and market needs.

  • Roadmap Ownership: Fully own the product roadmap, managing bugs, and backlog to evolve the product based on strategic vision, market conditions, and stakeholder feedback.

  • Product Design Ownership: Maintain comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRD), guiding development and ensuring design and user experience align with business objectives.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring each phase meets validation and user-centered design standards.

  • Team Management and Accountability: Build and lead a product team, ensuring engineering prioritization aligns with strategic goals and timelines.

  • Inter-Team Communication: Ensure clear, consistent project updates and alignment across product, engineering, sales, servicing, marketing, compliance, and partnership teams.

  • Market and User Research: Conduct in-depth market and user research to inform development and ensure products exceed customer expectations.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to refine product strategy and communicate changes.

  • Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators to inform decision-making and drive product success.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch.

  • Innovation and Improvement: Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management, particularly in regulated spaces, with a track record of successful product launches and market impact.

  • Demonstrated ability to fully own a product, including strategy, roadmap, and revenue accountability.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a product team.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
