Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Application Designer to create intuitive and impactful user interfaces for our SaaS products. This role involves collaborating closely with our Head of Product, CTO, and engineering teams to deliver visually appealing and functionally effective design solutions that enhance user experience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI Design: Develop compelling and effective user interfaces for our SaaS products using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.

• Wireframing: Create detailed wireframes to visualize and refine product features before development begins.

• User Flows: Design clear and intuitive user flows to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure design specifications are implemented correctly.

• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholder reviews to enhance design solutions.

• Design Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, advocating for best practices in design and usability.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in application design, particularly for SaaS platforms.

• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating skills in UI design, wireframing, and user flows.

• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Work Conditions:

• This position is based in Sandy, Utah and requires in-office attendance.

• Regular in-person meetings with the product and engineering teams are essential to ensure alignment and cohesiveness in product development.
