With multiple layers of redundancy, our system hydrates homes and surrounding areas to prevent ignition from flying embers—the #1 cause of structure loss during wildfires. Our team includes experienced engineers, product designers, and industry experts, and we are looking for a Director of Insurance Partnerships and Development to scale our impact across the insurance industry.

As Director of Insurance Partnerships and Development, you will lead efforts to position Frontline as a risk-reducing partner for insurers operating in wildfire-prone regions. You will develop and deepen partnerships with insurance carriers, MGAs, and reinsurers—translating Frontline’s value into scalable, programmatic solutions that can help expand underwriting capacity, reduce claims exposure, and create new product opportunities.

This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that blends business development, strategic sales, and product partnership. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across product, regulatory, actuarial, and underwriting teams at insurance providers—and collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape how our platform integrates into carrier workflows.
