Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contract Administrator to support the contracting step of our sales process. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a solid background in contract language and administration, and technical knowledge to support the digital signature process. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working under tight deadlines and persistent in outreach and communication to ensure timely contract execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts with homeowners, general contractors, subcontractors, and procurement teams to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Digital Signature Process: Facilitate the digital signature process, providing technical support and guidance to ensure smooth and timely execution of contracts.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the sales and operations teams to coordinate contract requirements and ensure alignment with project timelines.
Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and other stakeholders during the contract phase, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Deadline Management: Ensure contracts are executed within required timeframes, proactively following up with all parties involved to avoid delays.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all contract-related documents and communications, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for relevant teams.
Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to contracts in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of contract language and legal requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using digital signature tools and contract management software.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Persistent and proactive in outreach and follow-up communications.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital signature processes and related technical tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
Other: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
